You understand and agree that we do not guarantee that you will be approved for any apartment or rental. We do not control rental pricing, fees, specials, concessions, move-in dates, or availability. Any rent amounts, fees, incentives, or availability shown on our site or communicated by our team are subject to change at the sole discretion of the property owner/management. You are responsible for confirming all final terms directly with the property or management company before signing a lease.
5. User Responsibilities
When you use our Services, you agree that you will: Provide accurate and complete information, use our Services only for lawful housing search purposes, not send spam or harassing content, and not attempt to interfere with our systems. You are responsible for activity related to the contact information you provide.
